I'm Rakesh Kasturi — a people and culture strategist and embodied leadership coach. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve helped leaders and teams across Europe and Asia navigate the human side of growth: alignment, trust, conflict, and resilience.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy and human connection. I combine tools like Google Design Sprints and organizational diagnostics with deep coaching and body-based practices. Whether it's supporting a scaling tech startup in crisis or coaching a founder through a breakdown with their team, I bring grounded presence, clarity, and curiosity.
I’ve worked with global clients like H&M, ING, Siemens Foundation, as well as SME's that are growing in Europe and India.
